With this program, not only you will try delicious and healthy food, but you´ll engage with the community that works the land in a regenerative and solidary way. You´re going to see the land, learn the artisanal  techniques, hear the stories, smell the aromas and taste the flavors...

Don´t worry with extra kilos, we have a gym, yoga classes, bikes, hiking trails and other options to keep you active in order to enjoy without guilt.
