Hillside Quarto

Hidden among the trees of our private forest, the Hillside Rooms offer a more secluded stay, surrounded by nature and sweeping views of the Alentejo landscape. Reached via a 250m uphill path from the main house, they reward guests with extra privacy, spectacular sunsets, and a peaceful atmosphere. Designed with some of our favorite materials, details, and furnishings, these rooms are ideal for guests who appreciate thoughtful design, beautiful spaces, and a strong connection to nature.

Casita Mae

For those who enjoy having a little more space, Casita Mãe offers the comfort of a home away from home. This spacious apartment blends the warmth of a traditional country house with carefully chosen furnishings and  handcrafted details. Open the tall glass doors, enjoy a quiet moment on one of the private patios, and settle into the slower rhythm of the countryside.

The apartment features a large bedroom, a generous living area with kitchenette, and space to comfortably accommodate up to three guests.

Country Loft

Set beneath the roof of a traditional Alentejo house, the Loft is one of our most distinctive spaces. Skylights flood the apartment with natural light, highlighting a thoughtful mix of handcrafted elements, contemporary art, plants, and carefully curated details. Spacious, comfortable, and full of personality, it's ideal for guests who enjoy spaces with character.

Rustic Charm Room

Located within Villa do Laranjal, the Rustic Charm Rooms capture the simple comfort of a traditional Alentejo country house. Cozy, welcoming, and connected to the villa's shared spaces, they offer a relaxed stay for guests who value authenticity, simplicity, and a sense of belonging.

Sobreiro Double Suite

One of our newest rooms secluded in our private forest and further away from the pool and common space for privacy and tranquility. This particular room is the only one of it's size, as it's double the size of a regular Hillside Cuarto equipped with a clawfoot tub and reading chairs.  Note there is an approximate 250mt (4min) hike to this room. But the payoff with the view is spectacular. Multilevel rooms and a private terrace with a view of the Alentejo sunset. Every room is a duplex with a private bathroom, AC, soap/shampoo, hairdryer and large sliding glass window opening to the terrace. These rooms are for adults only.

Vila do Laranjal

Rooted in the traditional architecture of Alentejo, Villa do Laranjal is a place for gathering, sharing meals, and creating memories together. Whether it's a slow breakfast on the patio, an afternoon by the pool, or a long dinner with friends, the house invites guests to slow down and enjoy each other's company. Filled with carefully chosen antiques, artwork, and local craftsmanship, it feels both timeless and welcoming.

The villa features four ensuite bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and private outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing. Located near the pool, it's ideal for families and groups of friends looking for comfort, space, and a true taste of Alentejo living.
