GETTING HERE
The Journey to Cercal
Whether you prefer the freedom of the road or the rhythm of the rails, discovering the sanctuary is part of the retreat.
Is a great option for you to do sightseeing your way in or out, and also if you would like to explore on your own during free time. Our favorite company to use is Drive on Holidays. They usually have the best deals, but it's always worth comparing with others.
The road is nice and easy. Just put Quinta Camarena in Google Maps, and he will bring you here.
It´s a 1h45mins drive.
Parking is free.
There´s a direct Bus to Cercal. Here´s the link to Bus book on line. https://rede-expressos.pt/en
Departure: Lisboa terminal 7 rios - Arrival : Cercal do Alentejo .
Bus Tickets are 16- 18EUR (they are only available on line 1 month before).
From the airport, you can get a taxi to the Bus terminal (approx. 10 Eur).
If the schedule doesn’t work for you. You can also try destination Porto Covo or Sines. In that case there will be a pick fee of 50EUR

There will be a pick fee of 75€ .
We can arrange a taxi to pick you up at the airport with our trusted driver.
Price will be 250€ to be paid in advance by card or bank
There is usually a Quinta Camarena shared transfer leaving Lisbon airport on check in day between 2 and 3 pm and on check out day between 9 and 11am.
Cost is 100€ x pp (1 way) or 175€ (2way) and is always subject to a minimum number of requests.
Transfer confirmation and schedule will be sent one week prior to check in.
Ubers from the Lisbon airport are usually around 150€ that can be a good cost/ benefit but it´s not guaranteed that you will find it and it´s a 1h45mins with a driver we can´t guarantee for.
A few weeks before the check-in, we will send a questionnaire asking for your flight information and if you need a pick up,/ transfer. Following on that, we will organize transfers and pick ups and will confirm to you.
So no need to send emails with your flight info before please.
