ABOUT THIS RETREAT

This is not a boot camp. There are no 5am wake up calls, no protein shakes standing in for meals, and absolutely no one keeping score. The NotSoSerious Fitness Retreat is about moving your body in ways that feel good and actually stick. You will experience daily guided sessions covering strength, conditioning, and outdoor training, all designed by instructors who adapt to you, not the other way around. 


Then you can enjoy a long brunch made from scratch with ingredients from the garden, followed by free time to swim, hike, nap, or stare at the view. Whether you are getting back into exercise after a long break, managing an injury, or just want a week that leaves you genuinely stronger and not exhausted, this was made for you. All levels, all ages, and all body types are welcome, and there is no competitive spirit, ever.

Guided Functional Training

Enjoy structured workouts and mobility sessions held both in our 24hr gym fitness facility and outdoors across the property, focusing on body skill performance with no competitive pressure.

Progressive Weekly Building

Instructors build the physical intensity of the week progressively so you notice real results by day five while ensuring your body leaves feeling strong rather than exhausted.

All Body Modification

Every single movement and routine is completely adapted to your specific needs, whether you are getting back into exercise after a break, managing an injury, or trying a new routine.
