The Sustainable Food and Wine programme is built around food, wine, and the people behind both. You will visit a working winery, cook with a local chef using ingredients from the morning market, and sit down to dinners where every dish has a story worth hearing. This is not a tasting menu in a white tablecloth restaurant, it is better than that. It is a cellar that smells of old oak, a cook who has been making the same bread for thirty years, and a table of people who came for the wine and stayed for the conversation. Yes, there is also a gym, yoga classes, bikes, and hiking trails for anyone who wants to work up an appetite.
